Every Sunday, but not even predictable.
Because the new endurance kids know, rhythm is not built from routine alone. It is built from instinct.

At Machina Libera, Sunday is Run Day happens twice a month.
Mid month and End of month.
The calendar is just a suggestion.

The real trigger?
Hilma Sophia’s mood.
If the energy feels right : we run.
If the sky looks like it wants stories : we run.
If the week has been too loud : we run even harder.

No over-curated outfit, no polished pace charts, no performance theatre thats for a "pick me" girl.
Just movement, presence, & people who understand that running is not a sport, it is a form of rebellion.
We meet when it matters, show up when the body asks, disappear again into our lives carrying stronger lungs and quieter minds.
Some runs are fast, some are social, some runs feel like therapy without talking.

This is not a training program, this is not a weekly obligation.
This is a signal.
A signal that you are still alive.
Still capable.
Still moving forward.

So don’t wait for announcements.
Don’t wait for permission.
When the message drops : Lace up and come through.

Sunday is Run Day.
Sometimes structured. Mostly instinctive.
Always free.
