USAGE

Our Pertex® 3L Rain Cap is specifically designed for pursuits in challenging conditions, constructed entirely of Pertex® Shield Air. With its back adjustable bungee, it can be easily pulled on or packed down into your pocket.


TECHNOLOGY

- Pertex®

Pertex® Shield Air provides extremely breathable waterproof protection. The Shield Air membrane is a precisely engineered, electrospun nanofibre web, with an open network of interconnected pores. These small and consistently sized pores present little resistance to moisture vapour, whilst providing an effective barrier to liquid water. The unique open structure of the Shield Air membrane allows air to pass through, whilst still offering effective wind resistance and remaining durably waterproof. The result is an extremely lightweight, flexible material with remarkable properties.
